Terms of delivery

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, permitted use is limited to private and personal use.

• For companies, the image may only be used within their own business building.

• For commercial purposes, explicit written permission from the photographer as well as an appropriate fee must be agreed.

• The transfer of images in any form does not waive copyright.

• The publication of photos by anyone other than the photographer is not allowed, nor may photos be offered to third parties.

• Photos may not be used for photo contests or other applications that do not fall within the intended privacy.
